Monday: Magic Turin. In town among the Egyptian Museum, the Cinema and the Car Museums, the Renaissance and the baroque palaces. In the surroundings of Turin: The Castle in Masino, the esoteric world of Damanhur with the Man’s Temple and finally the artistic craft of ceramics and stoves in Castellamonte.
Tuesday: The world of rice in the Po valley near Vercelli and the world of quality craft at Arazzeria Scassa in Asti.
Wednesday: from the underground wine cellars in Canelli to the Asti Langa at an altitude of 900 metres among sparkling white wines, sheep pastures and Robiola cheese in Roccaverano, the stone mill, the ancient mais otto file and the original Arabian wild horses stud-farm.
Thursday: Free time at disposal in the morning for shopping in the biggest outlet in Europe in Serravalle Scrivia. In the afternoon: discovering the world of the Piedmontese grappa.
Friday: on the road of excellent wines, from Barbaresco to Barolo passing through expanses of vineyards and meeting traditional people of the world of Piedmontese wine.
Saturday: In the morning free time at disposal for shopping at the local market and cooking lesson with preparation of a typical seasonal menu. In the afternoon: discovering the sweet artisan laboratory among nougat, chocolate and the typical DOP Piedmontese hazelnut.
Sunday: the Romanesque churches in the North of Asti (the Vezzolano Abbey) and the exciting visit of the Castle and the Museum of ancient crafts in Cisterna d’Asti.
Tasting, thematic dinners, fascinating places and people will enrich the everyday program during which it’ll be possible to discover the country and artisan culture of Piedmont and share the history and the stories of its people.
